NANOMATERIAL

Scidentify solutions can work with a wide range of nanomaterials. This includes nanoparticles in powder form and dispersion. It is compatible with both organic and aqueous solvents. Scidentify works best in the size range >30 nm and is sensitive for over 70 elements. Our methodology works  independent of size, shape and structure. Examples of materials that Scidentify has successfully characterized include multimetallic, metal oxide, shaped nanoparticles etc.




 

SAMPLE PREPERATION KIT

Scidentify offers customers a proprietary solvent transfer solution that works with at least 15 different organic solvents. The dispersion produced show enhanced colloidal stability of nanoparticles ensuring proper sample introduction. The method is non-invasive and retains particle size, shape and structure post processing. Further, the product dispersions show enhanced resistance against corrosion. Since many of our customers work with air sensitive materials, our process has been designed to be operated in glove  boxes.


 













DATA AQCUISITION AND PARTICLE DETECTION


Based on inductively-coupled plasma mass spectrometry, Scidentify detects particles at the single particle level of detection and can comprehensively measure a particle every 30 microseconds.
